About the Course

Pebble Beach Golf Links sits on a dramatic stretch of California coastline where some of the most famous holes in golf hug the cliffs above the Pacific. Public access, ocean views on nearly every hole, and a championship pedigree make it one of the bucket-list rounds in the world.

Local Tips

GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR ROUND

01

Linger on the 7th tee

The cliffside par 3 is the most photographed hole in golf. Don't rush the tee shot — take a minute to soak it in before you swing.

02

Stay at the Lodge for access

Resort guests get priority tee times up to 18 months out. Off-property players routinely wait a year for a weekend slot, so plan accordingly.

03

Aim for a late tee time

The finishing hole frames Carmel Bay better than any vantage point on the property. Late-afternoon tee times reward you with the best light of the day.

Bucket-list round delivered

The 7th and 8th holes alone are worth the trip. Conditioning was perfect, and the caddie made the round unforgettable.

Pacific Coast magic

Stunning views on every hole. Pace was a touch slow on a busy weekend, but the staff and course made up for it.

Once in a lifetime

Worth every penny if you save up for it. The 18th down the coast is one of the most memorable finishing holes in golf.
