Uneekor VIEW / Refine / GameDay

Uneekor's software suite turns its camera-based launch monitors into a complete practice, coaching, and course-play system, all managed through one program, the Uneekor Launcher. Every Uneekor unit ships with VIEW, the free practice and analysis app: a virtual driving range that shows your full ball and club data after every shot, with shot history, high-speed impact video through Club Optix, swing video through Swing Optix cameras, drawing tools for coaching, and Power U session reports you can access anywhere and share.

Paid memberships unlock the rest. Pro ($199/yr) adds Refine, a practice center with training modes and five 18-hole courses, plus the connector for third-party software. Champion ($399/yr) steps up to Refine+ with 20 courses and adds AI Trainer, which studies your swing video and data to give personalized coaching, a Swing Score, and a clear picture of what to work on next. Ultimate ($599/yr) adds GameDay, Uneekor's flagship 4K course software with 50+ courses, online matches, tournaments, and multiplayer formats like scramble, foursomes, and four-ball.

The newest option is the integrated GSPro membership ($299/yr for new customers), which bundles GSPro course play with VIEW and AI Trainer in one plan. GameDay and AI Trainer are also sold on their own for golfers who only want one of them. The software runs on a Windows PC (iPad supported through the VIEW Air app; Mac and Linux are not supported), and higher tiers need per-unit annual memberships. AI Trainer needs the Swing Optix cameras, and GameDay needs two displays.

Who it is for: Uneekor launch monitor owners who want their hardware's full value. VIEW alone suits range-focused practicers and coaches. Refine and Refine+ suit golfers who want structured practice plus modest course play without third-party software. GameDay suits players who want Uneekor's own 4K course experience with online competition. AI Trainer suits improvers who want automated swing feedback between lessons.

How do I make Refine and Refine+ fit my screen?

Refine and Refine+ support 1920x1080 (16:9) or 1024x768 (4:3) at 100% scaling. Set your Windows display to one of those resolutions, then open Uneekor Launcher and select the matching resolution under Refine settings.

How do I install Uneekor's software?

Download the Uneekor Launcher from the Resources section of uneekor.com (about 807 MB), open the installer, follow the Setup Wizard, accept the license agreement, and restart your computer when setup finishes. All Uneekor software installs and updates through the Launcher.

Which launch monitors work with this software?

What can I do in VIEW?

Practice on the virtual driving range with full ball and club data after every shot, review your shot history, watch high-speed impact video (Club Optix), analyze your swing video (Swing Optix), use coaching and drawing tools, and generate Power U session reports. VIEW has no course content.

What game modes does GameDay have?

Local play (stroke play and multiplayer scramble, foursomes, and four-ball), online matches against other Uneekor users, tournaments and leagues, mini games (Wedge Challenge, Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin), and practice modes including a driving range and on-course practice where you can drop a ball anywhere.

Does GameDay need special hardware to run?

GameDay requires two displays: one for the rendered course or range, one for shot data and settings. It is included in the Ultimate membership ($599/yr) or sold standalone at $199/yr.

What does AI Trainer actually do?

It analyzes your swing video (from Swing Optix cameras) together with your launch monitor data and gives personalized coaching: a Swing Score you can track over time, checkpoints showing what to work on, Shot Quality ratings, Swing Profile analysis, and an AI Report with strengths, weaknesses, and priorities. It supports driver, woods, hybrids, irons, and pitching wedge. It needs Swing Optix cameras and a Champion membership or higher, or the $99/yr standalone plan.

I own a QED. Is the software still supported?

QED is legacy hardware. Uneekor discontinued it in September 2025 and ends support on December 31, 2026. The older IGNITE software is retired; Uneekor directs QED users to VIEW.

Troubleshooting

My launch monitor will not connect. What should I check?

Check physical connections, your account login, and that the software is up to date. Connect the unit directly to your PC's built-in Ethernet port with a CAT6 or better cable, not through a router, switch, or hub. The EYE MINI is the exception: it can connect over Wi-Fi.

My Swing Optix cameras are not working. What should I check?

Make sure the cameras are powered, connected, recognized in the software, and positioned correctly. They need a compatible Windows PC with at least 16 GB RAM, or 32 GB if you use AI Trainer.

Does Uneekor software work with antivirus programs?

It is approved through Microsoft Defender only. Third-party antivirus such as Norton, McAfee, and Bitdefender can remove major install files. Uneekor's official guidance is to uninstall third-party antivirus before installing.

Where do I get help?

The help center at uneekor.com has setup guides and FAQs, or contact support@uneekor.com or (888) 262-6498, 7 days a week.
